I don't know about you, but I am a workout class girl.
I need the direction, motivation and perfectly choreographed music. Otherwise I just kind of idly wander around the gym only to halfheartedly attempt the treadmill. And even then, I can never find the right song to keep me on there long enough to undo any real damage. I'll take all the small tips I can get and I figured I'm not the only one. I stumbled upon this little 10 minute workout and it's seriously the BEST. Three simple exercises that target all the important parts and in only ten minutes! You always have at least ten minutes to work on that beautiful bod of yours. So set the iPhone to 10 minutes and get to work! I'm totally addicted...
