Exfoliate with Cranberries

Let's talk about exfoliation. It is major for a glowing complexion. Exfoliating can either be done chemically, using some sort of acid, or manually - like physically scrubbing. You're probably familiar with that yummy-smelling apricot facewash with microbeads, but did you also know that those microbeads are now banned?? I guess the beads don't break down and are very bad for the environment. So, whats an environmentally conscious girl supposed to do to get glowing skin, you ask? Enter the Arcona Cranberry Gommage...

It sounds fancy and French, right? Well it's actually an LA based company! It uses all-natural ingredients (like cranberry enzymes and volcanic minerals) instead of plastic microbeads and it buffs your skin into smooth, tip-top shape. And it works. Aside from smoothing out the texture of your skin, it clears out pores and evens out your tone, all while smelling like cranberry candy heaven.

You can also temper the intensity of the exfoliation depending on how much water you use. Fore example, if your skin is only damp, and not soaking wet, you'll have yourself a pretty intense scrub. I like to use it about 3 times a week in the mornings after I work out, but it has also come in handy on nights when I want a smooth, bright complexion to look my absolute best.
