The past few days in Southern California have been extremely hot - I'm talking like 90 degrees! Normally on a nice summer day my go-to outfit would consist of cut off jean shorts and some sort of light weight t-shirt, but that just wasn't going to cut it in this heat (I mean, sweating in jean shorts? No thank you...). This Pixie Market dress seemed to be the perfect thing to withstand the intense heat and look cute while doing it. It's airy in all the right ways and allows your body to feel the (rare) breeze that comes every so often. I paired this short and sweet dress with a chunky bootie, but I do not doubt this Pixie Market find would look just as great with sandals or loafers. So, if you're currently basking in the last rays of summer's heat, I highly recommend stripping yourself of denim and opting for a billowy dress like this! While everyone else is sprawled out in their air conditioned living room, you'll be strutting about town just as comfortable, but looking much more fabulous.
